TERMS OF REFERENCE

CHRISTMAS GROCERY PACKAGE

I. OBJECTIVE
To select the most responsive bidder to supply and deliver Two Hundred Sixty (260) packs of Christmas Grocery Packages for HGC board, officers, employees and extended family.

II. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES

1. The winning bidder shall supply and deliver Two Hundred Sixty (260) packs of grocery packages on or before December 14, 2016; and
2. The grocery packages should be priced at a maximum of P600.00 per pack, with details as follows:

IV. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

1. The supplier/manufacturer/distributor/contractor shall prepare samples of Christmas Grocery Packages;
2. A supplier/manufacturer/distributor/contractor who fails to submit the grocery package samples shall be automatically disqualified from the bidding; and
3. The proposal shall be evaluated using the criteria as follows:
